The past month has been one big hat knitting binge.  Totally fell in love with this “WHO” pattern that I discovered on Ravelry (available for free here).  The cabling resembles owls, particularly when you add buttons for the eyes.  My niece loved hers, and the others were sent along to my cousin’s kids.  #6 is on the needles now, for a friend’s daughter.

I might need one myself.
