Apparently, this is another winter of knitting baby sweaters.

Pattern is Paxton by StitchyMama, available on Ravelry for free here.  I made the largest size, and used a seed stitch border instead of garter.  It has an offset opening, so it’s more of a jacket than a sweater.  I used (the sadly now discontinued) Rowan Purelife Organic natural dyed yarn in a shade of plum, purchased at (the sadly in process of closing) Windsor Button.  This was a bugger to take a picture of, incidentally – my camera had a hard time with the color, which in some light seems more blue than purple.
